As a self professed “bad dancer”, I am a bit nervous about picking up this workout, but I have used a few of Shaun T’s other dance workouts, and used T25 a billion

times which has a lot of dance like moves. If you think you can’t handle the CIZE Dance Workout, no need to worry Shaun T slows down the routines, step-by-step,

This is one of those workouts, in my opinion, that  you get out of it what  you put in.  If you are just marking the moves, you won’t have a huge calorie burn.  But

I am so pumped about this program that I can barely contain myself!! I danced for most of my high school career. I still love to dance.
